Which shipping company will deliver my order?
Custom orders that are dropped shipped from the manufacturers are shipped “best way”, usually UPS, Fed-Ex, or Fed-Ex Ground. Orders that are shipped by SpecialtyGolfBalls.com will utilize UPS and USPS for APO/FPO addresses as our priority shippers.

Can I ship an order COD?
Sorry. All orders must be paid in full by Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and/or personal/cashiers check that has cleared our bank, or a wire transfer.

How do I determine the cost of my shipment?
You can use our Shipping Calculator located below the shopping cart to determine the cost of your delivery.

How can I save money on shipments that are not shipped Freight free?
All custom logo golf ball orders of 12 dozen or more are shipped freight free via standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. All other orders require a shipping charge that can be reduced if the ship-to address is a commercial delivery address. UPS and other carriers now charge a premium for residential delivery.

Will the driver deliver to my residential address if I am not home?
Yes. However, deliveries made to a residential address without a signature will be considered to have been received and are no longer the responsibility of the carrier or SpecialtyGolfBalls.com.

Why are some products shipped freight free and others are not?
Custom logo golf ball orders of twelve dozen of more are shipped to you for free via standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. only. (Expedited shipping, such as 2nd Day, Overnight, etc., are available at the carrier's normal freight charge.) Orders outside the continental U.S. and orders such as stock golf balls that come from our warehouse carry freight charges that vary greatly. In an effort to insure that you do not over pay for freight, our shipping calculator adds charges consistent with the selected carrier's freight charge.
