Return Policy

We have tried to make our ordering process as mistake proof as possible. However, as you know mistakes do happen. If SpecialtyGolfBalls.com or one of our suppliers make any mistake regarding your order we will make it right. We will arrange to pick-up the first order and replace it as soon as humanly possible with the correct product. Keep in mind we are limited by our carriers' Terms of Agreement policies.

If you should need to return something,please call or e-mail us and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will then provide you with a return address along with the RA#. Please make sure that the RA# appears on the outside of all shipping cartons. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
